Recipe: Vegan + GF Hazelnut Spread!!!
I recently read the ingredients on the back of my favorite hazelnut spread, and almost shed a tear. Today I'm sharing my four-ingredient hazelnut spread recipe! It's vegan, gluten-free, and kinda maybe close to the real thing. You can use this on anything (as a dip, on your pancakes, by the spoon... this is a judgment-free zone). Melania's Homemade Hazelnut Spread
Serving size: 20
Prep time: 30 minutes
3 cups roasted unsalted hazelnuts
3 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp almond milk
Add hazelnuts to a food processor or a high speed blender and blend on low for about 6 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until you reach your desired consistency :')
