How to Tap into the Earth's Energy

Feel the earth beneath your feet

Surround yourself with plants to remind you of your connection to the earth even when you're inside.
Eat yo fruit and veggies
Feed your body with foods that come from the earth. Think about how far those plants travelled to nourish your body. Express gratitude for what's on your plate.
Swim in the ocean
Water is the most powerful healing force on the planet. Allow the ocean to purify, restore, and cleanse you inside out. Connect with the ocean's flow and allow yourself to feel the earth's surface and the energy it emits.
