Instead of hitting the snooze button 10 times, I've learned to take a few minutes in the morning to hit the pause button instead. Taking a few minutes in the morning to meditate and stretch my body has made all the difference when it comes to setting the tone for my day. Life gets super hectic sometimes, and these few moments of peace have allowed me check in with my heart and body.
