Melania's OG OJ Carrot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie Recipe

Recipe: Breakfast

Serving size: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients + Benefits

1 frozen banana: Digestion aid, full of potassium

1 orange: Rich in vitamin C, prevents skin damage

1/2 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger: Immune boosting, anti-inflammatory

1/2 cup carrot juice: Rich in vitamin-A, fights free radicals

1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric: Anti-inflammatory, rich in antioxidants

1/2-1 cup plant-based milk

1/2 cup frozen pineapple: Rich in vitamin C, energy boosting

1 tablespoon of collagen elixir: Nourishing and glow-boosting, it helps preserve the skin’s structural proteins and protect against free radical damage

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. I recommend starting with your liquids at the bottom, then the frozen ingredients for extra thickness. Start blending on low speed and increase to high for about 1 minute. Enjoy!

Love always,
