For a glow
Turmeric is rich in antioxidants which fight free radicals (unstable atoms that can cause damage to cells and lead to illnesses and the aging process). Turmeric works to remove the free radicals that try to bind to the collagen and elastin on the skin, leaving you looking tighter and brighter.
2 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of turmeric
3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 drops of honey
Mix flour, turmeric, honey, and milk
Apply a thin layer to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes
Apply your favorite moisturizer
Acting as a natural antiseptic and antibacterial, turmeric goes deep into the skin and works to soothe inflamed skin and calm the source, visibly reducing the acne in redness and size. Because of its intense properties, turmeric might be your best friend when it comes clearing up your skin or fading acne scars.
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1 tablespoon of honey
Apply ACV to a cotton ball and dab gently all over your skin and wait 5 minutes
Mix the turmeric and honey and apply the mask to your face
Leave it on for 25-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water
If the turmeric leaves a tint on your skin, soak a cotton ball in milk and go over the stained area
Repeat this twice a week <3
