Did You Take Your Vitamins This Morning?
While I strongly believe in fueling your body with nourishing foods, a little supplementation here and there doesn't hurt. I've been taking different vitamins and supplements to help with any deficiencies I have, and I'm finally starting to see their effect. I get lots of questions about what I take exactly so I thought I would share all the things that work for me. Keep in mind that our bodies are so different and what works for me might not work for you! I suggest getting some blood work done and consulting a professional before deciding on your routine!
ACV
I take 2 Goli ACV gummies every morning, and it's the equivalent of 1 ACV shot. I've been taking it for over a year, and I swear by it. Within the first few weeks I started seeing differences in my energy levels, appetite, skin health, and digestion.
Magnesi-OM by Moon Juice
A magic potion meant to restore cellular balance for relaxation, brain health, and sleep. I take this every evening before bed time, and boy let me tell you, I sleep like a BABY. The formula contains 3 bioavailable forms of Magnesium for a time-release effect plus L-theanine which promotes alpha wave activity shown to encourage a focused calm and supports cognitive health.
Vitamin D
Recommended by my doctor after getting some blood work done! After a few weeks of taking this after breakfast, I feel a lot lighter and more energized.
Chlorophyll
A few drops of this in my water in the morning *chefs kiss*. It's been said to help with blood detoxification, odor control, wound healing, gut health, energy, immune system support and cancer prevention.
SuperYou
This one is a mix of ashwaghanda, shatavari, and rhodiola. It has really helped improve my energy, mood, and focus these past few months.
Evening primrose oil
Someone suggested I try this to relieve me of my PMS symptoms. I haven't been using it for too long so I haven't seen any results yet, but fingers crossed.
And remember!! Whatever your routine is, the important thing is that you need to stay consistent to see real results.
